No agency we found focuses on carport dealers. The closest fits are contractor marketers: Sales Funnel Marketing, Hook Agency and Blue Corona / RYNO for ads and leads, and Infini Marketing for a website.
All four work for roofers, home services or builders. None of them sells carports off a lot. So treat this list as people you can call, then make each one pass the test below before you sign.
The five, sorted by what each is for
| Company | What it sells | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Sales Funnel Marketing | Meta and Facebook ads, organic social, video, monthly reporting and storm response campaigns for roofers and home service businesses, based in Perrysburg, Ohio | A dealer in northwest Ohio or southeast Michigan who wants paid social |
| Hook Agency | Roofing and contractor SEO with strong content, a Minnesota firm that serves clients remotely | A dealer who wants search traffic and content and is fine working remotely |
| Blue Corona / RYNO | Home services marketing with roofing verticals, large national firms | A dealer with several lots in different markets |
| Infini Marketing | Websites, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and SEO, with construction and real estate case studies, based in Houston | A dealer who needs a new site first |
| Lot Growth (our company) | A growth system and free workshop for dealers who sell off the lot: every quote followed up, every sale traced to the ad that brought it | A dealer who wants to know which ad brought each sale |
The descriptions of Hook Agency and Blue Corona / RYNO come from Sales Funnel Marketing's own list of roofing agencies. That page describes them as national firms. Sales Funnel Marketing and Infini describe themselves on their own pages.
Check any agency before you sign
Open the agency's own site. Then open a few of its clients' sites. Look in the page code for a Meta pixel, GA4 or Google Tag Manager. These are the tools that show which ad brought a call, a form or a visit. An agency that can't track its own site can't tell you what your ad money bought.
Here is what we saw on the sites we checked. On 2026-08-01 we scanned the home pages of sites from our research into lot-based dealers, and 182 loaded.
- Of the 182 sites that loaded, 72.5% showed no Meta pixel in their home page code.
- 28.6% had neither GA4 nor Tag Manager.
- 26.4% had none of the three.
A pixel loaded through Google Tag Manager wouldn't show in this scan, so the true share without a pixel is somewhat lower.
Then ask the agency to show you where each lead came from. Ask for a call, a form fill and a walk-in, one at a time. If they can't tie a lead to an ad, you'll pay for a pile of quotes and never know which ones the ads brought in the door.
What a roofing or construction agency won't know about your lot
A roofer sells a job. You sell a unit that sits on your lot, so ask about each of these:
- Quotes that depend on size and options. A carport quote changes with width, length, height, legs and installation. Ask how they'd record that on each lead.
- Follow-up on quiet quotes. Most of your sales come back after the first quote. Ask who calls back, and when.
- Ads tied to what's on the lot. An ad for a unit you've sold is wasted money. Ask how they'd keep ads in step with your stock.
- Rent-to-own ads. Rent-to-own is regulated by statute in 47 states, according to the state statutes index kept by the Association of Progressive Rental Organizations (read 2026-08-01). The wording of your payment ad has to fit your state's rules. Ask who checks it, and check with your state's consumer protection office.
If an agency can't answer these in plain words, keep looking. For the other building types, see the shed dealer version of this list. To fix tracking and quotes before you spend on ads, read Carport Dealer Marketing: Fix Tracking, Quotes, Then Ads.
