Refunds and our guarantee.

Short version: two promises for members, and a simple one for the Lot Audit. For your first 14 days, you can have your money back for any reason. After 90 days of doing the work, if your lot audit has not moved, your next month is on us.

1. Fourteen days, no questions

If The Lot Growth System is not for you, email support@lotgrowth.com within 14 days of joining, from the address you joined with, and write "Refund". We refund your first payment in full to the card you paid with and close your access. You do not have to give a reason.

We send the refund within two business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. This covers the first payment of a business's first membership, not later monthly payments and not a second time joining.

2. Red to Black

Every lot audit marks what a buyer finds wrong with your business from the outside as "Fix this". Those are your red lines. The program is built to turn them into "Good". If you do the work and they do not move, we pay for your next month.

How it works.

1. Your starting audit. In your first 14 days we run a lot audit on your business. If you bought one within 30 days before joining, we use that one. Every "Fix this" line on it is a red line.
2. You do the work. Complete the checklists for modules 1 to 5 and send each one to us or go through it on a weekly call. Join at least 8 of the 12 weekly calls in your first 90 days, live or by watching the recording. Stay a paying member through day 90.
3. Your day 90 audit. At day 90 we run the audit again, the same way, on the same lines.
4. If it has not moved, your next month is free. If fewer than five red lines have turned to "Good", email us within 14 days of getting your day 90 report. If your starting audit had fewer than five red lines, the test is whether all of them turned. We skip your next monthly payment, and we go through your report with you line by line on a weekly call.

The limits. Red to Black is one free month, once per business. It is a skipped payment, not a cash refund. Lines marked "We couldn't see this" on either report do not count either way. The audit checks what anyone can see from the outside plus the answers you give on its form, and we judge the guarantee on the audit alone. It is not a promise of any number of sales or any amount of income.

The $27 Lot Audit

If the Lot Audit was not worth it to you, email support@lotgrowth.com within 14 days of buying it and write "Refund". We refund the $27 in full, no questions asked. If your report does not arrive, or it is about the wrong business, tell us and we fix it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Cancelling is not a refund

After your first 14 days, monthly payments are not refunded. You can cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again, and your access runs to the end of the month you paid for. How to cancel is in the terms of sale.

Our mistakes

If you are charged twice, charged after you cancelled in time, or charged a price you did not agree to, we refund it in full. Please email us before you go to your bank; it is faster for you.
