Privacy.

Short version: we collect what you give us when you ask for a call or join the program, we use it to serve you, and we do not sell it or pass it to lead vendors. Ask us and we delete it.

Who we are

This page covers lotgrowth.com, the checkout at join.lotgrowth.com and the members area at system.lotgrowth.com, all run by Lot Growth, 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958.

What we collect

When you ask for a call: your name, email, phone number, what you sell, how many lots you run, what you say would break first if the calls doubled, and your website if you give it. The calendar booking itself is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

When you join: your name, email, phone, ZIP code and country, and what you bought and when. Your card is taken by our payment processors, CheckoutChamp and Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

When you buy a Lot Audit: your answers to its form, the Google listing, website and Facebook page you point us to, and the report we make from them. To make the report we look up public information about your business (your website, your Google listing and reviews, public ad libraries, map searches near your lot, and what AI assistants say when asked where to buy), through Google and DataForSEO.

In the members area: your profile, what you post and comment, which lessons you have watched, and the checklists you send us. Other members can see your profile name and what you post in shared spaces. Weekly calls are recorded, and the recordings are shared with members only.

On every visit: our server records the time, your IP address, your browser type, the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the link, so we can tell where visits come from and stop abuse.

What we do with it

We use it to hold the call you asked for, to give you the program you paid for, to take payments and handle refunds and cancellations, to answer you, and to email you about your membership. We keep the record so we can find it again. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to lead vendors.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of services to run all this, and each handles your information only to do its job for us:

• Cloudflare runs this site and stores and emails the call request form.
• CheckoutChamp runs the checkout, and Stripe processes the payment.
• Zapier passes your name and email from the checkout to the members area to set up your login.
• Circle runs the members area at system.lotgrowth.com, under its own privacy policy as well as this one.
• Google Maps Platform and DataForSEO look up the public information a Lot Audit reports on, and Cloudflare renders and stores the report.
• Google Workspace carries our email. ClickUp holds our list of call requests.
• PostHog shows us which pages get visited and where people stop, including replays of how a page was used with anything typed into a form masked out; it sets a first party cookie.
• The Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API let Meta tell us whether one of our Facebook or Instagram ads worked. Page views, a call request and a booking are reported to Meta, with your email, phone and name hashed before they leave our server. Meta sets its own cookies for this under its own privacy policy, and you can limit it in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking third party cookies.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts.

Text messages

If you give your mobile number when you sign up for the workshop, we use it only to text you about the showing you booked. Twilio sends the texts for us. Reply STOP to any text and they stop. We do not share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

How long we keep it

Payment and tax records are kept as long as the law requires, usually seven years. Everything else we delete when you ask us to, or once we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@lotgrowth.com and we answer within 30 days. Every marketing email we send has a way to stop them. The program is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date below, and we email members about anything that matters.
