Terms of sale.

Short version: The Lot Growth System is a monthly membership. You pay $1,597 when you join and $1,597 every 30 days after that until you cancel. You can cancel any time by email. You have 14 days to ask for your money back, and our Red to Black guarantee covers you after that. We promise the work, not a number of sales.

Who you are buying from

Lot Growth is a brand of Nova Digital LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and the business that joins ("you"). By joining at join.lotgrowth.com or in the members area, you agree to them. If you join for a company, you confirm you can agree for it.

What you get

• The Lot Growth System: ten modules and a bonus module, each with short videos, templates, tracking sheets and a one page checklist.
• One module opens each week, counted from the day you join. Module 1 opens on day one, module 2 on day 7, and so on, until module 10 and the bonus open on day 63.
• The weekly members call, with a recording for anyone who misses it.
• The members area at system.lotgrowth.com, where the lessons and the calls live.

We improve lessons and templates as tools change. We may replace a video or a template with a better one; we will not take away a module you have paid for while you are a member.

Price and billing

The price is the one shown at checkout: $1,597 on the day you join, then $1,597 every 30 days on the same card until you cancel. Taxes are added where the law requires them. If a payment fails we try the card again and email you; access may pause while a payment is overdue.

If we ever change the price for existing members, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, so you can cancel first if you want to.

Cancelling

Cancel any time. Email support@lotgrowth.com from the address you joined with and write "Cancel". If you joined inside the members area, you can also cancel yourself under your account's billing page. We confirm by email within one business day.

A cancellation that reaches us before your next billing date stops every later charge. You keep access until the end of the 30 days you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month, except under the refund policy.

The Lot Audit

The Lot Audit is a separate, one-time purchase of $27. After checkout you answer a short form about your lot, and a report on how a buyer finds and reaches your business, checked from the outside, is emailed to you, usually within 15 minutes. It uses only what anyone can see in public (your website, your Google listing, public ad libraries, and what AI assistants answer) plus the answers you give on the form. Nothing else is charged and nothing renews. You can have the $27 back within 14 days of buying it, no questions asked. If the report is late or about the wrong business, tell us and we fix it or refund it.

Refunds and the guarantee

You can ask for your first payment back in full within 14 days of joining, no questions asked. After 90 days of doing the work, the Red to Black guarantee gives you a free month if your lot audit has not moved. The full rules are on the refunds and guarantee page, which is part of these terms.

Your login and the material

Your membership is for your own business. The templates, sheets and scripts are yours to use inside that business, and your staff can use them too. Your login is for you: do not share it. Do not copy, record, resell or post the lessons or the calls, and do not use them to run a program of your own. If you want a team member to have their own login, ask us.

Results

We do not promise any number of calls, quotes, sales or income. What you get out of the program depends on your market, your lot, your prices and the work you put in. Figures in the lessons come from an invented demo dealer and are there to show how the sheets and tools work, not what you will earn.

Not legal, tax or financial advice

Rent to own contracts, financing, advertising rules and consumer laws are different in every state. What the course says about wording and offers is a starting point from our experience, not legal advice. Check anything that matters with your own lawyer, accountant or rent to own company before you rely on it.

Other companies' tools

The course shows you how to use tools run by other companies, such as Google, Meta, Attio, Tally and Circle. We are not connected to them. Their prices, plans and screens change, their own terms apply to your accounts with them, and you are responsible for those accounts.

The community and the calls

Be decent to other members. Do not sell to members without asking first, and do not share anything another member tells you outside the program. We may remove a member who breaks these rules or these terms; a member removed for that is not refunded. If we ever close the program, we refund the unused part of your current month.

Limits on our liability

The program is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything to do with the program is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

If something goes wrong

Email us first and give us 30 days to put it right; most things are fixed in a day. If you think you were charged by mistake, please ask us before you go to your bank; we refund mistakes in full. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. A change applies from your next billing date, and we email members about any change that affects what they pay or what they get.
